The use of services provided by TrueSMMPanel establishes agreement to these Terms of Service.
By registering or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms stated below.
TrueSMMPanel will not be held responsible for any loss in any way for users who have not read these terms.

Delivery Policy

• By placing an order with TrueSMMPanel, you automatically accept all terms of service listed below, whether you have read them or not.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these terms before placing each order to ensure you are aware of any changes.
• You agree to use the TrueSMMPanel website in compliance with the terms and conditions of all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Telegram, and others.
• TrueSMMPanel rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms remain in effect even after pricing updates.
• We do not guarantee a specific delivery time for any service. Delivery time depends on the service type and order quantity. Any delivery timeframe shown is an estimate only. TrueSMMPanel will not issue refunds for orders that are still in progress.
• We strive to deliver services exactly as described. However, we reserve the right to modify a service type if necessary to complete an order successfully.

Refund Policy

Wallet & Payment Policy

Funds added to your TrueSMMPanel wallet are non-refundable to your bank account or original payment method.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you file a dispute or chargeback without a valid reason after making a deposit, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled and refunded only if they have not yet been completed.
Approved refunds will be credited to your TrueSMMPanel wallet.

Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds are not issued for:

• Orders placed for incorrect links
• Orders for private accounts
• Completed or partially delivered orders

Please double-check each order before submission.

Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in immediate account termination without exception.

Multiple Orders

Placing multiple orders for the same link simultaneously is prohibited and may result in inaccurate delivery. Such orders are not eligible for refunds.
